Amazon Payments no longer uses "Account ID" in transactions

Amazon spits out the following error when a pay form is submitted:
"An Amazon Payments Premium account with verified email address and credit card is required to accept payments using Amazon Simple Pay."
To fix it, I am removing the "amazonPaymentsAccountId" field using Javascript. Therefore, I think that that field should no longer be made a requirement.
